I just picked up GameMaker a few days ago and had a plane trip I had to take yesterday. I thought it would be fun to have a "Plane Jam" where the only time I was allowed to work on the game was when I was up in the air. I was up to the task, but apparently my laptop battery wasn't, so it didn't quite work out as well as I wanted it to. The lack of free Google didn't help either, but I managed to figure out all the things I needed to. Oh well, at the end of the day, I had fun and made a simple little game. Only implemented feature that I didn't get working was the High Score for the number of asteroids shot.

Space - Shoot

haha!!! Super clever idea! I would image (apart from losing your battery life) that this was the most memorable (and possibly enjoyable) plane ride yet! Fun game! I think my highscore was 8 but there was a time where i thought i got higher but it reset too quickly for me to know for sure!!! Fantastic job brother!!!!

Thanks for the support! I think I'm going to leave this version up, but have another page for one that gets worked on since there's still some things I wanted to do with it.
